“We can prove it!”
Our volumetric units are combination with (1) - 200 gallon prover and (1) - 1000 gallon prover. Our small volume provers have the ability to prove in mass or volume and have working pressures of 0- 2240 PSI and flow rate capabilities of 2.5 –7000 GPM. Our bi-directional ball provers can operate with working pressures of 0-1440 PSI and flow rate capabilities of 30-1750 PSI. We also have the ability to perform field Pycnometer tests to determine density.
When proving in mass or volume, we use PROVEit software. When determining density, we use PYCit software. In addition to calibrating liquid meters, we offer troubleshooting and basic maintenance on load rack meters and flow control valves. Our meter shop with over twenty years of experience offers repairs on Turbine and PD meters.
LMS and our individual technicians meet industry safety standards as well as site-specific safety standards. To assure compliance, LMS maintains registered membership of PEC Safety, PICS, and ISNetworld. All of our operating equipment meets industry standards of NIST and API. Certificates of registration for our company, employees, and equipment are available upon request.
We extend our thanks for your interest in our company. It is our desire to have a successful working relationship with you as our valued customer in the near future. Should you need any further information, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
Along with our calibration equipment, we have a full service repair shop for your needs.
